The room was clean and comfy with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with shampoo and towels. Breakfast had fresh options including a full English. It's close to restaurants in Chinatown and the Bull Ring, perfect for exploring. Staff like Ingrid were super friendly and helpful.

I had a comfortable stay during my first visit to Birmingham. The staff were incredibly helpful when I struggled with directions. The small room was sufficient for my needs, but I appreciated the fan provided for the humid weather. Future guests should consider using nearby parking options for convenience.

We explored the fantastic shops nearby and had a great time at the local restaurants. The location is perfect—close to everything! Don't expect big rooms, but they are cozy enough. Great staff and a decent breakfast...  

I checked in and noticed the reception staff were friendly right off the bat. My room was clean, but pretty tight, especially the bathroom. I could barely squeeze in there, definitely felt cramped. The main issue was the noise at night. The club activities outside kept me awake, even with the windows closed. But the breakfast was a great deal – lots of options and fresh. The location in the heart of the city is fantastic. Walking to the train station took only about ten minutes. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi. it kept me connected. Just wish the temperature in the room was a bit more regulated. it felt hot and stuffy despite the fan. Could use extra power outlets too, especially near the bed. But overall, I had a good time even with those bumps.

I loved the funky lobby area with a billiard table. The 24/7 bar was a great bonus!

Had a chill time here. The room was super clean and comfy. The staff were really friendly. It’s right by the train station, which was a huge win. The bar area is nice for a quick drink. Just kinda noisy at night, which made it tough to sleep sometimes.

The family room was spacious, featuring a full-size bath and windows in the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. While the breakfast catered to various dietary needs, the vegan options were limited. Complimenting the experience was the proximity to diverse dining choices, including some excellent pizza spots nearby.
